The department shall recruit public substance use disorder commercial television and radio broadcasters, private commercial entities, state or local governmental entities, the public, and other appropriate persons to assist in developing and implementing the alert.

Following receipt of the alert, participating radio stations and television stations and other participating media outlets may issue the alert at designated intervals to assist in locating the missing senior citizen or person with Alzheimer's disease. Each day a violation continues or occurs is a separate violation for purposes of imposing a penalty. A proceeding under this subchapter imposing an administrative penalty may be combined with a proceeding to impose an administrative sanction. If a sanction is imposed in a proceeding under this subchapter, the requirements of this subchapter apply to the imposition of the sanction.

NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND PENALTY. PENALTY TO BE PAID OR HEARING REQUESTED. OPTIONS FOLLOWING DECISION: PAY OR APPEAL. If the person on whom the administrative penalty is imposed violates Section 411.
